no Achievement in game?

I don't see to get any Achievement pop up in game nor does it seem you can even open the steam windows from shift+tab in game.

Quite a few games aren't compatible with the Steam Overlay for one reason or another, and will thus behave exactly as you describe. This happens to be one of those games. If you're really truly desperate to see achievements pop up, running it windowed should work.

it's probably because it runs on Adobe Air
