Help Me Please, Something With Runtime and C++?

Help me please! when i click play in steam on Super Meat Boy it starts in a tiny black screen window in the top left corner of the screen with no music, cursor, nothing. It instantly closes it out and and gives me this error message:

"Runtime Error!
Program c:\program f...

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information."

(the support page will NOT LOAD, maybe its down, I dunno) Anyway, does anyone have a solution to this, if so it would be of great appreciation.

I get the same thing when trying to play. I have no idea what it is but i hope someone can help.
