Great to hear it's coming to all platforms, and good luck with getting it finished.

We are aiming to release it in September but delay is always possible.

The game has been vastly expanded, improved and super polished.
Zombie Driver HD features a more varied narrative campaign that is twice as long as the original version, adding Single Mission Mode, epic boss fights, demolition missions, new enemies and special vehicles such as a fire truck, bulldozer and even a tank, as well as many more gameplay enhancements...
The gameplay mechanics have received a new round of polish by introducing an improved camera system, a recharging afterburner that will help you get out of tough spots and a minimap that will guide you through a labyrinth of zombie filled streets.

GREAT news. And have you decided if it will be a dlc? I am in the group that prefer dlc to a "new" game.

It could be a 'new' game for new players, and at no extra cost. For example, Hard Reset: Extended supplanted the original version, and didn't cost a penny more. The 'no added cost' feat is somewhat downplayed by the fact that the price for the game was reduced overall, but there you are. AND they're adding free stuff like 130+ page digital artbooks. Even bigger name games like The Witcher 2 have had a tonne of stuff added to them since release, and all of it free. And yet EA are still the money-grubbing turds they've always been.

Yes, it will be released as a new game but people who have the old version will get a discount.
We are still talking with Valve about details.

Why new game?

I don't want to have 2 games that are actually the same in the library.

You can try removing the original game from the steam store and release the new version as a new game giving the option to those who bought the original version to buy it as a special upgrade DLC that replaces the existing version.

I agree it should be one game, and lets hope the discount is resonable.

I'm also not sure if I want to buy it for 4,49€..
I liked Zombie Driver, but 4,49€ for a bit more content? Hmm :/ I think I'm also going to wait for a 75% off sale...

Double buy?

No, thanks. You should give for free the "updated" version to all who already own the first one (or at most as a DLC for less than $2)....

I don't understand this behavior.

Regards
