OpenGL and VAC ban

Just a question about this ban for changing the OpenGL.

This OpenGL that some mods change it, is the OpenGL from the game folder or from the System32 folder?

And what OpenGL if you change it makes you a ban.

Is just this thanks.

Ehrm, WHAT?
If you mean a DLL file, don't use these if you play online.

Does the folder system32 have a OpenGL file?

If yes, is that OpenGL file that people talk about a VAC ban if you change it or the OpenGL file located in the game folder?

The one in the game folder, since that overrides the one in the system32 folder.
