Engineer Teleporter in German Version

I would like to build the teleporter in the German version.

Here It explains that you can change the .txt file of Team Fortress Classic that you can build the Teleporter in the German Version.

But I can not find the File in my Folders.

The original file is hidden in an GCF archive. Just open up Windows Explorer, go to "C:\Programme\Steam\SteamApps\dein-account-name\team fortress classic\tfc_german". Download / copy the file to this folder and it should work.

Or you could use the English version of TFC. Steam --> Bibliothek --> right click on TFC, choose "Eigenschaften", Reiter "Sprache".
