Same issue: only the home page is broken. I think I've had this issue for three or four days now at least.

I've just tried a different account, it doesn't have the white page or array bugs. So, as someone said, it is an account thing.
Without any Valve logo'd users posting here it's hard to know what to do, should we wait, or should we send a support ticket.

--edit--
Okay.. that apparently fixed it.

There is currently an issue affecting all players who set their Steam Community language to French. This issue is being looked into.

As a workaround you can change your community language from the Steam Client by appending "?l=english" to any steamcommunity.com URL and clicking on it.

Well good thing I never manually set it to french.

Maybe it shouldn't choose for me, yes?

The Steam Client language sets the the default language for Steam games and the Store/Community. So you can definitely pick the language you want.

Anyway, the issue has been resolved!

Apparently not for long, having extreme problems again, I can see the community homepage, but _every_ other site doesnt.
Steam profiles(even my own), editing my profile, store pages news pages blablabla.
Everythings white.

This is really annoying :/ I honestly cant remember a single day where steam worked flawlessly.
Many years ago it did.

If you're having a problem, it's important to provide a complete description of it, Pwetty. As this point, I'm not sure what your specific complaint is.

I'm getting the same as well now. According to the Steam Console, these errors occur:
