I'd have to imagine this is information you already use in determining server proliferation and load balancing, so I'd think reporting the statistics would just be a normal extrapolation from that. I'd be quite curious to see it. As much as anything else, I'd be interested in seeing how the user communities for each region shift by time of day (when the Americans are on, when the Brits are on, when the Far East is on, etc). You'd identify some really interesting community dynamics with that.
