Compatibility isn't always a good thing. Meanwhile as for printers it's often cheaper to buy newer one than buying cartridges/toner for an old one. Not really that big of a deal. What is a big deal is HP having 100MB driver packages. I don't want all the drivers I want the one ♥♥♥♥ing driver I need. God damn HP.
