Violated terms of service...

here is the ticket number: 7246-ESGK-0655

I know the reason my account was suspended, I even put the entire story into the ticket. I'm making this thread because it's been 3 effing days, I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that I should get a reply in 12-48 hours. I want to give this 15 year old girl her balloonicorn back, she's really sad and bugs me about it every day (I'm not making this up, and I actually feel kind of sorry for her). Plus there's game I want to buy while they're on sale. Don't you want my money valve? At least let me buy games again from the store.

We are users,we can't do anything for you.
No point in making a thread.

Steam is really busy,because its after the Steam Summer Sale and i'm sure that out of 4million people online steam daily, SOME have issues.

Might take them longer than 3 days to get back to you because of this .

Why would you think the ticket is for you to see? Why would you think the thread is for me to ask other people on steam for help? I've seen a couple other instances where people made threads like this and got responses from Valve soon after. The thread isn't for you, it's for Valve.

Well don't.
Support will get back to you when they get to you.
Posting here doesn't put you any further up the queue. There are rare occasions where a Valve Employee will come along here but that's very rare and does not push you up the queue. Just wait it out.

bump, it's going on 4 days now, don't put that a response will be given in 12-48 hours if you can't do that, there are games I want to buy that are on sale right now

So buy them on a second account and store them in your inventory.

Complaining on here will not speed things up.
