my computer STILL wont run SFM

i'm starting to think it has something to do with my processor and a little bit of my graphics card, even though nothing tells me whats wrong with my computer. so im reposting my last post to see if i can get any more feedback:

SFM doesnt run after i installed it, and pressed play.

i installed it, it finished downloading, i press play, then select play source filmmaker and pressed play again, and nothing opens up after the "preparing to launch source filmmaker" window.

Operating system:
Windows 7 home premium (64-bit)
graphics card: unknown, but it plays team fortress 2 well.
processor: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz
memory(RAM): 3.00 GB (2.60 GB usable)
SFM version: 0.9.5.11

really hope i don't have to reinstall it, it was a pain to get it to install the first time around. and also, if it was the case that my computer doesn't have the capacity to run SFM, then it should at least inform me with an error message, but in my case, its not showing any sort of error message.~

~additional question: is it possible to change processor chip to a dual core without replacing the entire computer? and is it a price over 200 or 300 US dollars?

okay, i did that... what am i suppose to look for, it only shows everything this computer has...
