Machine gun nerf

So the machine gun settings must have got modified some time ago because now it is very easy to get a headshot by spraying with it. Has anyone else noticed this? Can this please be changed?

Look at its price and how slow the Movement is with it.
This Weapon is only for Public Spray'n'Pray so no one really cares.
