Mann Co. Store is closed, yet Item Server still works

So, I logged in to Steam, wanting to play some TF2. I was gonna buy a few keys from the store and try to trade them for a hat.

When I clicked the Mann Co. Store button, it said "Loading", then 30 seconds later it said "Mann Co. Store is currently closed." I was like "Oh crap, that must mean Item Server is down, too." And Item server, in fact, WAS down... For 15 seconds or so. Then it came back: My items worked and everything.

So then I thought that the Mann Co. Store would now work, but it still loads like 20 seconds and says the store is closed.

I've never heard of such a thing happening, that Item Server DOES work but the Mann Co. Store DOESN'T.

Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me?

You might try restarting the game (or Steam, or your computer).

Loadouts have been a bit buggy on and off the last couple of days. Wait it out or restart the game as Geotpf said.
