Problem updating it

Hi, i have just downloaded the game, when i try to open it, it opens the game updater and it starts to download a patch, but, when it started for the first time, it was about 600mb, i had to stop it at aprox 300, now i opened it again and it is stucked on 280mb, i waited about 5 minutes and it is still at 280mb, does anyone know how to solve this? thanks.

My friend has the same problem, it stucked on 286mb for him

First off, make sure your anti-virus and Firewall are not blocking the game and/or updater.

In some cases some players are still unable to download even after disabling their AV/Firewall.
In this case could you please send me your IP address and r3dlog.txt in an email it to support@thewarinc.com or on the support website

We're trying localize this issue and the more IP addresses we can get from players having this issue the sooner we can get it fixed.

For the r3dlog.txt, just leave the updater open for at least 5 minutes, close it and then send the file to support@thewarinc.com or attach
it on the support site.

The r3dlog.txt is located in your game folder.
default C:\Program Files\War Inc Battlezone
Steam users:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\warincbattlezone

After you get us the information so we can try and resolve this issue, you can manually download the latest patch at this thread: http://forums.thewarinc.com/showthre...-Manual-update

I hope people read this and see by themselves what the people in charge of this game are like, they quite happily take your money, remove the stuff you bought then ban whoever complains...even on an independent forum like this one, they consider you are not entitled to tell the truth.
Indeed the forum and the game have been infected a few weeks ago, it is a fact.I can prove it with screen captures and logs from my own antivirus (Kaspersky).
Dont disable your antivirus to install this game.

i have already delted the game, i just wanted to try out new games, but not this one...

BF3 is half price at the moment on Origin, you get to drive tanks, pilot choppers and jets superb game.
