Sniper challenge. Where is it??

I got this a as a pre-order bonus. Got the code, inputted and waited for today (release date). And nothing.
In my library it just says "Coming soon.." etc.
Has it been delayed? I got the wrong date?

It should be released today (August 1st), but I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a couple of hours or a day until it goes live.

Wait what? I pre-ordered a PRO Edition but i didn't get any code??! I just have Hitman: Absolution pre-order in my library. That's it. WTF guys?

Calm down, he probably bought it at another retailer's site, not steam itself. Sniper Challenge will be automatically added to your steam library in 6 hours.

Thanks for the screenshot. Would have been helpful if this info was on the Game's page in my Library instead of just saying Coming soon.

just checked... still 3 hours to go :-( c'mon its 3:30pm here...this should have been unlocked at 9am... not 6:30 pm :-/

Sorry for being thick but, would it not (is it not?) possible to download the game prior to the unlock? Then just input a key at the release time. There wouldn't be such a massive hit on the servers when everyone is trying to download it at the same time then.

You're talking about the "preload" option. The thing is that this feature is available for the most games. Somehow they didn't let us to download Sniper Challenge like that. I think the main reason is that the game will weight like 1-2 gigs. Not a big deal.

Fair point. Just got a B/B upgrade to 20meg as well, should fly down.
