Freeze game time indiator.

Hello, I got interesting question.

Is it possible to somehow freeze the game time indicator, for example in L4D i got 40 hours of playing, now I want 40 hours forever.

It is possible to do without Steam support or some manipulation in steam files and etc.?

You can only freeze it with not playing that game.
