You know, I wish the Neon Sign was on the list (because that thing is more underpowered than the SVF), just so I could vote for it.

But in the mean time:

Heal Eviction Notice
The DPS is simply lower than the Stock's, and the only real use out of it is if you are lucky with crits, or you're not so efficient on landing hits with melee.

The Eviction Notice does 26 damage per hit and has an attack interval of 0.4s, while the Stock has 65 damage per hit and has an attack interval of 0.8s. Literally, you are sacrificing 13 DPS for reliance on luck.

Although, having a "faster firing speed in exchange for damage" is literally the only +/- stat-batch that I consider to be boring, and I say this needs to be entirely redone.

I now changed the way the weapons look like. Tell me what you think of this. If you don't like it, I will switch the thread to what it was before.

Heal Red-Tape Recorder
Oh god, words cannot describe how broken this weapon is (which is a real shame, considering it's the first Sapper unlock in almost 4 years). I've even managed to crash a server with it. Twice.
Not to say it's OP or anything it's just so horribly broken.

Hurt Disciplinary Action
And with that, this weapon is now in the graveyard.

Heal Submachine gun (Jarate may as well be the stock weapon. Consider giving it pistol DPS)

Heal Minigun
Hurt Natascha

Seriously, people overrate how "crippling" the natascha's spin-time is. If you're playing heavy right and avoid getting caught in bad situations, this wind-up will almost never affect you. On that note, the minigun is simply too easy to use due to the fact that the wind-up makes getting ambushed too forgiving and turns the heavy more into an independent assault power class. His true role has always been that of a team player, and the game is balanced around the heavy using teammates to make up for his downsides (and vice versa). An old wind-up time would keep it like that.

And for the record, reverting the spintime to what it used to be isn't going to revert heavy to "useless" status like he was commonly deemed in the past. Remember that the minigun's spread and movement while spun were also buffed to make heavy more generally applicable. An old windup time is just enough to encourage some thought when the player is wielding the minigun.

Should reset the Tape Recorder and the Chinese Heatmaker since they were both day 1 patched.

Minigun now consumes ammo while firing and the Tape Recorder doesn't make infinite health Sentries, make servers crash, and has double the downgrade speed.

Heal Neon Annihilator (The most situational unlock in the game, outshined by every other Pyro Melee barring stock and Volcano Fragment)
Hurt Knife
