Assertion Failed: Failed to create thread (error 0x1)

Hey guys,

Just got a linux server up and running. It works fine but after playing for awhile it will come up with this error, which repeats itself over and over again until I kill the server, and causes a ton of lag:

Assertion Failed: Failed to create thread (error 0x1)

I'm starting the server with the command

Code:

./srcds_run -game left4dead2 -steam +maxplayers 8 +map l4d2_helms_deep_serious_v16

Just in case it matters, I'm running on Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit with a Pentium 4 CPU and 1gig of RAM. High roller, I know.

Bumping with a screenshot of the problem:

This happens on regular and custom maps, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
