Steam Client CPU utilization needs to be optimized better. Often times when I'm browsing the store my system notifies me that Steam is using an abnormally high amount of CPU utilization.

Steam Client Memory usage could also be improved.

Basically if you receive a friend request, you should also receive a reason from the requester to help whether you should accept it or not

Not sure if you note 'processed suggestions' too, but the volume slider for the store video`s has been added.

^^ Just noticed it on the store pages.

Add support for custom icons.
Add support for custom size of icons/images in Small mode and Grid View.
Add support for custom images in the List View.
Display the Detail/List/Grid view buttons in the Media and Tools tabs. Tools work just like games, they have related news, a game hub, screenshots, etc. Why hide it away from users?
Let users add Non-Steam Stuff (i.e., shortcuts) to the Media and Tools tabs as well.

So when is this going to be added? This has been requested so much - I would consider this a high priority update because the current system is dumb. I'm fairly sure at some point I heard them saying they plan to improve their network system yet nothing has been done about it yet.

I can't download games without it completely killing the rest of my internet because Steam insists on taking ALL of my bandwidth. It's nice to see something download at 11 MB/s but not when it makes the rest of your internet disconnect and not usable in the slightest.
