Batman: Arkham City. Where can I buy it from?!

I'm asking because I can't buy it from Steam (It's unavailable in my country). So I'm looking for a place to buy it from and activate it on Steam.

I've checked GreenManGaming, GetGamesGo and Impulse, but they all have a non Steam version of the game.

Is there any other place from where I can buy this game and activate it on Steam?

No, it's not Steamworks so the only place you can get it on Steam is Steam.

Oh come on...... What is wrong with them? Why aren't they selling it in my country?! Don't they want our money?!

its probably cuz GFWL isnt available in your country

Usually it's country laws that are preventing them from selling it to you, not Steam.

It's called "regional restriction" and yes, it's dumb as hell. I will never understand why they do it, so I'm forced to believe, just like you do, that they don't want our money. I'm pretty sure the guilty one here is precisely GFWL.

If you want the Steam version, you could do what I did: use the Steam trade forums. Simply offer people to trade a game of equal value for Arkham City.

This it total BS,my country is not supported but somehow my GFWL account detects my real country,even tough i set it to UK when i registered.
