Any garry's mod startup crash

So yahh i can't play this game at all When i start Gmod or Gmod 13 it it goes back in the first second into dekstop,after i see a one second loading screen.

I tried everything:
Redownloading garrys mod,
Redownloading garrys mod 13 beta,
Downloading garrys mod after half life 2 is installed,
Installing Half life 2(HL2 runs perfectly),
Installing TF2(cause i had it before when i played gmod),
Putting garrys mod game content files into garrys mod folder,
Starting it in safe mode(launch option),
tried every -dxlevel in launch options,
Completely deleting steam folder with every game inside,
Even putting friends config.cfg file into my garrys mod folder.

And nothing works,the same goes to the garrys mod 13 beta.I just dont know what to do,it worked before(600 hours played).I think it stoped working after i deleted TF2 and garrysmod.Im thinkind it could be the problem of GMod extensions,where in the menu you can select what source game models you want to be added.

I have directx 11 on windows 7.System specs are very good,video card drivers i think to,cuz every other game is working.

I have the same problem in Gmod 13, except it happens when I load a game and it says hl2.exe has stopped working.
It also stops at something like Deporting bugs.

Gmod 13 is still in beta. Don't expect it to work right every time. Also, there is NO INFO here just yet, about the features or how G13 works. Those will be found on the Facepunch boards.

Ohh cmon! I wasn't talking about gmod 13! Both games aren't working for me,I mentioned Gmod 13 because i thought there wouldn't be the same problem as normal gmod.But it seems now,it's the same problem with gmod 12 and gmod 13,and gmod 13 is not guilty at all.

They're both experiencing problems at this moment, which is, as I said, par for the course on Garry's Mod. I don't know what has happened, but you aren't alone.

But is there any way to know more about the crash? like a dumb file or a crash log somewhere?Where could i find it? And is there any tool that would tel me what happening when it crashes?

Well,the garrys mod 13 beta started to work after update for me,but not garrys mod 12. So it seems there was an update that made my gmod crash,but friend's dint crash. Now i need to wait gmod 12 update
