Exclamation Before you consider a purchase, know who your supporting.

I am not telling you what to buy or what not to buy but this prevented me from re-buying these games I once loved, which kinda makes me sad.

Who gives a ? It's a game play it. What do you think he is going to do with the money he gets from you? Buy guns and go shot gay people with them? No(Well I hope No). I bet a lot of people in the video game industry don't share your opinion. If its fun play it.

You're actually not supporting him at all, you're supporting Interplay. They own the rights to Earth Worm Jim.

The franchise and him are intertwined, if it is successful his stock rises and thus he would have more leverage.

Like I said I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do but I personally felt shocked and with that knowledge I decided not to support him. I simply wished for others to have the same opportunity to make that decision for themselves.

The franchise has been dead for 10 years, you are not going to help him anyway.

Threads like this dont belong here. This is a gaming forum not a place to make political statements one way or the other.

He's against homosexuality? That gives me all the more reason to love the Earthworm Jim games and the people behind them.

He's a hardcore Christian and Professor Monkey-For-A-Head was his answer to darwinists: of course he's gonna hate homos. I don't care. Just as people are free to love whoever they want, people should be free to hate whatever they want.

I applaud him for standing up for his beleifs, being against homosexuality is becoming more and more unpopular in the real world. On the internet? Simply being a Christian will get you flamed beyond beleife, Admitting you're against homosexuality is much worse.

I'm kind of surprised this thread hasn't turned into a Sacraligiouse Bible shredding mosh pit actually. I guess it's because the Earthworm Jim forums are kind of empty XD
