This is mostly likely to the fact that they use the Global MapleStory (GMS) Server which isn't intended for Europeans (though you may still play on this server without steam). European MapleStory (EMS) came out way later. So we might not see it on steam soon.

Edit: Shouldn't be available for eastern countries as well. Like Korea, China, Malaysia, etc.

This should be North America only, maybe even US and Canada, but probably including Hawaii and Alaska. I don't know about the Mexico. Other countries (UK, Germany and the rest of Europe, Australia, Oceania and Asia usually need to wait for the regional version of licensed free to play asian MMORPGs, since they are run by different branches of companies run by independend teams.

EDIT: The only Nexon NA game that could be availible outside of NA could be Mabinogi - since because of issues European server was closed and regional registration block for North America was taken off.

It's seems it is more of a thread for Hobos like me who is currently poor right now, but the thing is the only game that is premium before it came f2p is just TF2, and i am friggin poor as people getting too much hats,earbuds,etc

There's no reason to get banned. If you can install and play the game, it means your region isn't locked.

No, i can't see store page of this game in my steam-client, but i can install game if i'll go in any browser to store.steampowered.com/?cc=us (is it United States Steam-page).
