Anyone got a good config file?

Does anyone have a good config file you can send me a download link to that has helped you with frame rate issues? I'm looking for speed and fluidity instead of graphics

If you can't run it with the changes you can make in the ingame menu then don't count on a config file doing anything, most of the commands are locked or doesn't work.

I uploaded mine for a friend and it reduced it's fps lag by alot. I used a bunch of commands and stuff to make it better when game first came out. It should help alittle bit. http://www.mediafire.com/?i0d6uldmd0lj8oq
