Repair Ships

Do the repair modules repair the entire fleet per combat round, or is it just the ship that it is on? Assuming there are multiple repair ships, does the repair rate stack?

the bonus tells you what's repaired and when

fleet HP for fleet
ship repair for ship only
some are per turn, some per phase (3 times per battle)
some are working only in your empire, other everywhere

this fleet repair parts are stackable per ships with the module
