DerrickG Valve Join Date: Mar 2008 Reputation: 413 Posts: 338	Beta users do not qualify for the promotional item We had an issue where CS:GO Beta users received a message thanking them for pre-purchasing CS:GO when there was no pre-purchase made. CS:GO Beta users do not qualify for the promotional items. You must pre-purchase Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in order to receive the promotional item in Team Fortress 2. You can pre-purchase CS:GO on the store page here. We apologize for the confusion!
