Can't trade on multiply computers

Whenever i try to transfer my items to my cousins account, this error pops out:

There was an error while comitting the trade. No items have been exchanged.

Any help?

Welcome to the last few days

This is getting extremely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, everyday at random hours will trade start having a fit and crash / become unstable

Even yesterday they had it to the point where people in TF2 actually LOST items in the trade

Oh well,I thought it only was for them who used multiply computers.
I gonna have to wait untill it gets solved

Oh really?! Then not I am the idiot!! I remembered I had more metal between 2 trading attempts, but then I said ok I must be tired. W T F ???
