Bought CS:GO 35 hours ago but didn't received AWPer Hand

As I told on the title, I bought it 35 hours ago. They told me to wait 24 hours for the drop of AWPer Hand. My friends bought it and got it immediately after purchase. Can someone help me? I already sent a ticket to Steam Support.

No, I mean have you logged into TF2 after you bought CS:GO?
The item will show in your inventory by then, if you haven't yet.

Me too. Activated the game on Steam. CS: GO and CS: GO Beta appear in my game library but AWPer Hand still does not appear in TF2 inventory.

Even if you don't get it, you aren't missing out on much. It's just another ugly reskin.

And by the way, if you are reading this invisible text, you are a wizard, Harry. And whats up with the AWP anyways? Not only does it bring a painfully obvious modern day weapon into TF2, but it looks plain ugly. So be prepared to see Anger/AWP/DDs snipers again.

Next thing you know they'll be giving the Soldier WW2 Rifles, Scouts Sub machine guns, Snipers quick-scope rifles, Medics and demos shotguns. Okay, maybe not that far, but I thought the Machina was bad when it was first introduced. AWP is just driving a steak ( I'd rather it be a Sandvich) through my heart.
