I'm sorry, but no. All of that must be maintained in some form. Cutlery deteriorates with time, it oxidates if it's made of metal, and plastic cutlery breaks easily. Houses have to be repaired from time to time. And land, well, if you throw radioactive waste on it, it won't be much useful after that.

I still think www.greenmangaming.com 's solution to trading a used game is the best as the gamer gets a small return on games that they no longer play and devs don't lose sales.
