Steam wont stop taking screenshots ingame. Seems bound to every button.

I'm playing in windows mode and pressed f12 to record fraps and now every time i press any button it takes a screenshot. While typing this message i pressed tab and it took a screenshot, tab= taking steam screenshots when i'm not even in the game.
How do i disable screenshots.

Open the Steam UI and on the menu bar, click "View" and then go to "Settings" and from there, select the tab that says "In-Game" and there is an option for binding a button to the snapshot key. If you click the little 'X' in the box, it will unbind it and disable the feature.

didnt help me at all

as soon as i load up couter strike GO it starts taking screenshots and doesnt stop

Anyone have any solution for this?
