Strange disappearence of the gift

First of all - I'm already wrote the ticket to steamsupport.

Its very strange - the gift was disappearing from my inventory. I don't recieve any mails from Steam support, that gift was revoked. My account not stolen. (also, I can see in my inventory history, that the gift was not retraded). I don't add this gift to my Library.
Its mysterious. How it can be, any ideas?

PS Btw, can you see Black Ops II preorder in my inventory? /maybe its glith on my computer/

Not a glitch on your computer, I'm not seeing it either sorry man. Good luck with steam support, usually takes 1-2 weeks for a ressponse.

How do you obtain the item? If you bought it then could a some kind of error but if you traded it for sure was revoked

I trade it.
I thought about revoking, but as far as I understand - steam always writing to you, when the gift is revoked. I don't recieve any mail from steam about this case.

So, finally I'm happy. The gift (BO2 preorder) was returned to me.
Unfortunately, steamsup didn't say me - why its disappear (only returns me the gift). I think, that it was a big steam gleach a week ago.

So, maybe this topic will help people with strange disappearance of the gifts from their inventories. Don't blame people you traded with, first of all - ask support.
