We've already robbed the biggest coke dealer in the projects.. So, why not a government supported, mafia ran marijuana dispensary and hidden farm!
Hoxton seems to be on board with the idea! Let's not dissapoint him.. XD I decided to alter a picture to help add leverage to my heist theme. http://s1267.photobucket.com/albums/...3Def520170.jpg We're in it for the cash, and the schematics to a very powerful Russian weapon currently in production! And, maby some of the finest herb known to man as well! Here is what I have so far: Okay, so.. The mafia has ties to the government. In exchange for the mafia's cooperation and alot of cash, the government has allowed the boss to grow an excessively large amount of marijuana underground without the threat of a federal crackdown. The boss also runs many dispensaries in the location around town. But only one dispensary is special. One is directly linked to the growing operation via hidden tunnel entrance in the back of a maintanence closet. Which can only be accesed at night, when the shop is closed and there are no customers in the store. The place is obviously locked up tight. And there are still guards walking around, inside and outside of the building. The only way in the store at night is through the roof. But, there is no access hatch or any type of sky light to cut open(with a glass cutter). The only object is a huge rooftop unit that supplies fresh air to the shop, and the crop room (which is unaccessable through the duct work because the duct that feeds the grow room is too small to get through with all the equipment on your person, only Cloakers can get in there). The main duct work is just big enough to crouch through and get into the shop after undoing the 8 screws that hold the return air grill in place. After cutting the right wire (there are four wires) that would disable the alarm, you then begin to hack the main access panel that would remotely open the door to the maintanence closet. Keep in mind- there are guards actively patrolling the shop and one small mess up could have you in a world of trouble. After accessing the maintanence closet, you will need to pry open the back wall to gain access to a small corridor about the same size as the duct which leads to the massive growing operation. You will need a crowbar (you can find that somewhere in the back alley before you enter the roof) to get it open. As you walk down the corridor, you will hear people screaming and begging for their lives behind a hefty iron door that looks like it would belong to a boiler room. The door is locked and the key is no where in sight. Apart from the screaming, you will also hear the deep voice of what sounds like a very big Russian man laughing and saying things like "this is what you get for trying to be a snitch..." Ignoring the iron door for now, the team heads down the corridor, past the plants (which are in the night cycle which means it is pitch black in this room) to the back of the grow room to an office with a locked desk, a password-protected laptop that controls the lighting, a chair and a very odd rug on the floor. Using the crowbar, you pry open the desk drawer to find the key to the iron door. Moving the rug, you find what you came there for: a large safe extruded into the floor with what you believe to contain a large amount of money (37 million american dollars) and some type of schematics to a powerful Russian weapon that you can't read but, from the looks of them, are very important to the person who sent you here. Now that you have what you came here for, it's time to get out of there, right? Nope. You have the key to the iron door, it's time to see what's on the other side of it. You open the door to find a huge Russian, and a half alive man. Do not shoot the Russian when he comes at you but hit him. It will take about ten hits to knock him out (this guy is freaking HUGE). Knock him out, tie him up, and wait until he snaps out of it. When he snaps out of it keep yelling at him and hitting him until he gives you the password to the laptop that controls the lighting in the grow room and also, the power to the front door (and unknowingly, the backup alarm system). The alarm sounds- causing an intense non stop assult from police and mobsters alike as you franticly try to untie the torture victim's hands and feet and lead him out the front door to the back alley. There will be a black van waiting a few blocks away from the back of the store (the same one from FWB). And every side street is swarming with every police and federal tactical unit imaginable. Get to the van, make your escape. Good luck Also, this heist takes place at night on a portion of the Heat Street level that you can't access through the regular heist.. Prepare yourselves. I would love a Heist that raids a grower. They could have options to take just the money or go for the packaged drugs as well. I am sure Bain has a dispensery connection in CA. It could even be the same gang from Panic Room. I like this idea. |

The idea is ehhh.
One problem being our gang isnt some gang bangers who fight over drugs, yes in PR we stole a Panic Room full of money and drugs, but im positive they wernt taking the drugs for personal use. That ammount of coke (w/e it is) can be easily flipped for a major profit. yes a "pot" heist we can use the same ideal of flipping the drugs, but i think if you wanna go balls out and try and heist a military compound your gonna need a bigger prize. Maybe schematics to a plane some people in Japan want (etc.). You have a good idea with a "government" heist but i think the objective needs to be more "bigger" |

The idea itself isn't bad, but I wouldn't want to see the 4 guys rushing through a field of marihuana plants in camouflage gear. Those south america drug war sceneries imo are just too overdone.
Stealing something valuable from the government sounds good. Maybe you can work on the idea, check out the "suggest a heist" topic for inspiration. |

I'm also going to have to get help filling in the blanks.. Alot of questions left unanswered.. Sorry.

Also, please ask me questions pertaining to what i wrote so I can try to fill in some of the holes in this thread.
When I have a complete heist made out, I will copy everything I have here and paste it on the heist ideas forum. This thread is only to collect additional ideas to make this more air tight. Thanks alot for reading! =D |

Change it from a farm to a dispensary?
Then they could have it be along one of the streets in Heat Street. You could have it be a two or three story building for multiple assualt points and random safe spawning. You could have a security system that allows you to override and delay the cops showing up similar to CF. Random but rare drug packages spawning for the occasional cash boost. |

They wouldnt need to make it on the actual Heat Street but they could give it a similar feel. I also like the idea of another heist that has a longer escape and you have to battle through the escape. Currently only HS has that as the others you can just sprint to the end on anything below OK. I also like the after dark piece, so we hit them at closing time and it is already dark outside. |
