Hey Iwanthelp, the AD700's are amazing headphones. 3 of us use them and have no complaints. (b4nny cyzer and I) Couple them with a decent mic and you have a winning combination, all you'll need for your gaming needs.

So tyrone, after the i46 lan, what do you think of the EU rules (like the maptime and whitelist), and the 'difference' between a general NA or EU 6v6 match because of those rules?
Also, are there things you would like to see changed to NA/EU rules? I'm from Europe btw, and I love to know what Americans think about those things. |

Hmm, the EU ruleset is something I've always had issues with in the past. The EU ruleset is 30 minute clock with win difference of 5, compared to North American race to 5 format, 30 minute clock half time after 3 points. I think NA style is a faster format, and allows for teams to play a bit more comfortably. I feel that EU format timer forces many high risk plays, forces defensive teams to push, and just generally creates unnecessary pressure and punishment for playing "gutsy" early. It's a different kind of strategy, but one that promotes in my opinion a slower game. I think that the race to 5, has better spectator value along with teams learning how to close teams out as opposed to running the clock and forcing mistakes out of the losing team. The differences in whitelist; I appreciate both scenes, personally I prefer unlocks, the only issue I have currently with North American set of unlock rules is the boston basher. In my mind, it cannibalizes the role of soldiers and I do feel that teams need to be punished if they lose classes that can self damage. Other than that, I much prefer the unlocks, it creates for a faster game with more options for the players in how they want to define their role. The timings of fights and things don't change much, but capping orientation and moving between points is the only difference between the rulesets, and of course, I prefer the faster one.
