The game has performance issues currently. We are waiting for fixes. I have a 540M , an i3 and 4GBs of Ram and I can only play on very low with decent FPS (90-120), on High I get like 40 when shooting and 60 normally. It should perform better, so wait for the next patch

Thats exciting, im getting 40-60 on highest settings myself, lowered the overall graphics shading a bit and that helped a little. The FPS doesn't hurt my over all game play, but id like to get the most out of my rig.

9 times out of 10 fps issues are due to the CPU. If you have ANYTHING running in the background that uses cpu you'll experience fps drops. CS:GO wants to use 100% CPU all the time.

Same problem here.

i7 2600
GTX 460
16 GB DDR3 1333

I've been playing with 150-200 FPS the past weeks, now it's like 13-15 FPS even on the lowest settings including lowest resolution.

This is a serious issue.
