JA Back in Action crashes in some locations.

Hi,I am enjoying playing JA Back in Action. I have liberated 75% of Arluco, but I am now facing a bug issue which is frustrating. Everytime I try going back to the Hospital or to Dressen Airport, the game crashes when entering any of these 2 locations. Even if I simply click on Dressen Airport, as I have hired new mercs who are waiting for me there to give them orders, the games similarly crashes, and give me this information in the details:

I have windows 7 64-bit, I have disabled the UAC, and run Steam from the steam.exe as adminstrator,but still facing the same issue.

Can someone help me please!!! I want to finish this game in order to start the JA Crossfire.
