Check the readme. Turn off Anti Aliasing in the games settings.

Please take time to read the Readme file of any mod you install before actually using it so you know how it functions, what it does, how to install it, get it running and if anything could possibly conflict with it.
But yeah not to be rude but it says in the Readme file that it is important that you disable the Ingame AA. |

Indeed, it's a good idea to read a file named README especially if you are having issues... It would also have been less effort doing that rather then making a post on a forum and waiting for an answer...
