Dark Souls Achievement Bug?

Hey y'all. I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but given that I purchased Dark Souls from Steam, I'll shoot the question here.

I recently decided to go for 1000/1000 achievement points in Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. It'd be my second time getting 1k-ing it because I had already done so on the console version. Well, I got the final achievement today for acquiring all of the rare weapons (Knight's Honor) and also unlocked "The Dark Soul" for getting all other achievements.

So I go and check confirm that I got all of the achievements.. and it says that I've only gotten 40/41 achievements and I'm at 910/1000 gamerscore. By the process of elimination (by simply referring to a list online) I found out that I'm missing the "Link to the Fire" achievement worth 90GS.. but I had already gotten that achievement last evening and it was unlocked up until I unlocked the final two today.

What should I do? I'm only about 40% through NG+++ and I'd rather not run through the game to try and get the good ending again if it's glitched and won't unlock anyway. Has anyone experienced glitches like this before? What did you do? What should I do?

I got the wisdom of a sage achievement yesterday and today it was back to locked. I dont know why this happened but i guess i need to collect all spells again in the hope it will unlock again.

To give a quick follow up to my first post:

Basically, I've managed to work myself into a corner. I've unlocked all 41/41 achievements on Games for Windows Live but when checking on Live/Xbox 360 console, I only have 40/41. Having spoken to the GFWL support, there's nothing that can be done on their end.

Basically, if you run into a similar problem, your best bet is to contact From Software and/or Namco Bandai and send them a report of your issue. Though, truthfully, you probably shouldn't expect a response from them.

I successfully unlocked the "Link To The Fire" achievement on four separate occasions now and it still doesn't transfer over to any of the other profiles. Maybe it's got something to do with the fact that I've completed the game 100% (achievement wise) on the console version as well? Hopefully this will be resolved with some sort of patch in the future.

Has anyone else come across bugs like this?

Yeah i contacted GFWL too and they couldnt help me either. So i will get all spells on my next playthrough and hope it unlocks again.

I got a glitched achievement as well, for me 'The Dark Soul' unlocked after I got 'Knights Honor' on NG++, but it is shown as locked now.

The bad thing: This achievement is awarded for getting every other achievement in the game, so I have no means of getting it, ever :-( .

Yeah same happened to me just now. After i had to play a new game to getr wisdom of a sage unlocked it told me that the dark souls unlocked but it never did. WTF?!

This happened on the 360 as well. Guess they never fixed it.
