Wait, wait, wait...just to be 110% safe, What "550 Watt" Power Supply do you have installed?

If it's garbage, cheap chinese sweatshop 550W, then that's bad. If it's good quality that's a different story.

Do you mind giving us the brand and model of this "550W" ?

What graphics card are you using now? On-board from the 890GX chipset?

Currently I'm using ATI HD 4650 512 MB DX10 ( my motherboard has onboard graphics card but it's not as good as the one that I'm currently using)
My power supply ,it's called:
MAXcube Blitz 550w,here's the link of the product
http://www.maxcube.com/product/product3.php?id=9&cid=1

That has two 12V rails, but does not list a "maximum combined 12V" capacity - usually a bad sign.

Can you take a picture of the actual power supply label and post it on a site like photobucket?

most require a 500w psu
550 should work if you have 1hdd, 1 cd drive and not much else plugged into it

The power supply that you have isn't anything good, but it should okay. (The HD 6800 series doesn't gulp down power)

The 6850 draws a bit more power than the meesly little HD 4650 sooo...

Webcams take very little power from the PSU vua USB port, and most printers get their power from the power outlet...

Just don't go crazy with HDD's, other expansion cards (Eithernet add-on cards, sound cards, RAID cards), use all the USB ports possible, and you should be on the safe end.

The HD 4650 / 4670 was never meant to be a serious gaming card; it was designed to be a mainstream level card that's an upgrade from on-board for... HD content, drive 2 monitors if you need, game on lower resolutions on Medium-low settings.

It's likely you'll be fine, but I would consider replacing the PSU once you have the money. Not necessarily for one with more capacity, just one of better quality.
