Black Ops 2, is it worth it at full price?

First off, let me start off, i enjoyed BO's campaign for the most part, i liked MW2 campaign but found it way too short, and the story to be terrible.

I was overall dissapointed with MW3's campaign, and found the game to be average on a whole.

Thing that bothered me about MW3 was that it was so repetitive, had no training mode like BO, had a bad campaign, and overall felt like a cash in.

Seems to be a lot of COD bashing, and TBH, i agree with most of it regarding lack of innovation, but found BO to be a great game.

I rate the 3 games this way.

BO: 8.5/10
MW2:7.5/10
MW3:5.5/10

None of them were terrible, but with MW3, i grew kind of sick of the series.

Is BO2 more of MW3, or an evolved version of BO?

Also, how does the PC version run, and do you guys think its worth 60 bucks, if i'm someone who didnt like the multiplayer in MW2 and MW3?

I hear zombies is fun though.

EDIT

Thank you guys so much for the advice so far!

I rate that titles same way as you do...

And I am loving this game..

Still its quite different from BO, do not expect exact copy..

For me, the biggest problem is weird mouse movement reading ( maybe because of built-in acceleration, idk). Especially when ADS, I have quite problems with aiming in this game..

Black ops 1 had an excelent mouse movement processor, i hope they will fix it somehow in next weeks..

black ops 2 actually runs very well it does not suffer from the same performance issues the first black ops faced
if you are just buying the game for sp i dont see how it could be worth $60
and
the mp although better than mw3 is still a pretty bland generic fps skill-less noobfest

Really? What would you rate BO 2 so far then? But the fact that its not a cut and paste sounds interesting...

Would you say the campaign is the best of the 3? Also does it have the training mode for multiplayer than BO has which was called Combat training?

I know it may not seem important, but sometimes i just dont enjoy playing online COD competitive multiplayer, with BO, the training mode at least gave an option to weaker players like me to enjoy the experience.

If you value a good run and gun mp this is a well worth the full price. The game has barely any lag or cheaters (thanks to Treyarch's dedicated servers). Also no one privately owns the dedicated servers so you won't get alot of stupid rules like crouch only or no rocket launchers. They got rid of those stupid support killstreaks so it's back to the basics were you actually have to earn your killstreak points before dying to unleash stuff. You can double up on perks in the same slot but they balanced it because you are limited to how much stuff you can carry. Great game. It is what I wanted MW3 to be the whole time.

It's a bland Multiplayer shooter that deserves to be pirated.
So many promises, so little executed.

With tons of overpriced DLC on its way and an already outdated formula.
No, it's not worth $60

Based on only the 2.5 hours of multiplayer I played last night I would say yes.

Everything ran smooth and and had no problems getting into games or any lag.

Looks like tons of options regarding gameplay types. Looking forward to trying SP and zombies tonight.

For reference I prefered BO1 to the last 2 MW games.

Alright then, thanks!

I think i'll probably get it then, seeing as theres quite some positive feedback that it is a step forward, not back.
