STEAM CLIENT BOOTSTRAPPER

I've redownloaded steam several times and it says "A version of steam is already running" thne spits this at me:

Been doing it all day.

If I uninstall steam, will it uninstall all the steam games I have installed? I just want to ing get onto steam...

Uninstalling Steam WILL delete all games that require it.

Reboot, try to start Steam with admin right and antivirus disabled. If that won't help, delete everything in Steam folder except Steam.exe and /Steamapps/ folder. That will keep your games, you don't need to redownload them. But Steam files will be redownloaded...
