Reinstall tf2 from backup

Hi all

I reinstall Windows quite often and have a current backup of tf2 on another drive.
Since the Steampipe update, the structure of these files is different, with no steambackup.exe included.

How do i go about using the new backup files to get tf2 installed without having to download the whole game again.

Thx 50K

Open the Overlay where you can see the things like STORE LIBARY COMMUNITY YOURNAME.
On top of the the left corner.
Steam.
Backup and Restore Games.
Restore a previous backup and choose the file. The rest is auto made.
