Well, I the only ones that have access to my computer are my father and brother, I think one of them might have tampered with my stuff.

Also, I don't think my account is hacked, I mean, I have had steamguard active since I first downloaded steam.

PLUS, the limitation would be on the OTHER computer, not my main one.
