Also remember that anything you submit with this tag will be restricted to Halloween and Full Moons. And because it's restricted to Halloween and Full Moons, get creative! The tonal restrictions we normally ask our Workshoppers to observe with TF2 items don't really apply to a holiday where wizards and bomb books regularly attack from glowing skull islands, so if there's anything crazy you've been itching to make, now's the time.
"What tonal restrictions" is my point.

I got a few questions, tried to browse around for it, but no dice yet.

Can you apply a kit onto a weapon that is already a killstreak weapon?
Or does the weapon NEED to be a "blank" weapon?

Also (if the above is a yes) if I apply a professional kit, with weapon and eye effect onto a specialized killstreak weapon with only a weapon effect, will the two weapon effects be combined, or will the new one replace the old one?

Do the eye effects come in multiple colors? Do they always match the sheen color?

Killstreak: Tornado
Sheen: Manndarin

Apoco-Fists.

Edit:

@Isaak - The weapon has to be blank.

FInal verdict:

The eye stuff looks weird and I really don't like them other than from a demoman with an eyelander.

The weapons look fine. They kinda remind me of sparkly weapons imbued with magical properties, like in a few mmo's.

Can you add this link to the OP: http://forums.steampowered.com/forum...3#post35113053

It's a request for Valve to add the Sheen/Killstreaker effects info to Fabricators. People are only able to see the effects their Fabricator has if they own it and look at it in there backpack. This will lead to players misleading others on what effects their Fabricator has.

Please help support this fix.

The eyes are stupid, every one of my loadouts would literally be ruined if I were to equip one.

The sheens are better, but hardly noticeable. And also dont synergize with any of my loadouts.

These really don't seem to match with anything except pink/lime garish and obnoxious eyesore outfits.

Imagine the sheens as paint. It probably doesn't synergize well because few of your items are painted.

I'm actually kinda glad the eye effects are pretty awful. Now I have no reason to farm MvM anymore and I can be happy with my deadly daffodil weapon.
