i dont have a response yet either. But i assume as the tickets were raised yesterday (sunday) i wouldnt expect any action until today at the earliest

has any one got any firther?

or anyone got any advice at all. I have bought a few items through steam but if this cant be resolved it will be a bad burn for me and wont be too trusting in future

I did the ticket thing with Aspyr and still nothing.
I will give them till the end of the week before I contact Steam. I can't seem to find a Phone number for billing or Support, anyone know where I can find them?

Mine's not completely fixed, still crashing and performance is dire on my AMD 64 3800 with X1800XT and 2 Gig of RAM.

Got a reply from my ticket, essentially this game does not have support for Vista

As the posts above me suggest, this issue is now fixed

You'll be asked to install DirectX, which even if you've done before you should let it continue.

when did you donwload? have you tried closing down and restarting steam. I had an update to mine 2 nights ago that sorted it

I Still cant play this........Ive tried exiting and restarting steam like 80 times, hoping for an update. Ive also tried to re-install the game itself which is a pain 2 times, still no avail. EITHER YOU GUYS FIX IT BY THIS WEEK OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
