Exclamation CS 1.6 freezes after tf2 update!

Okey so i played counter strike today and all was ok. My friend told me that his cs is broken. He cannot connect to servers. It just says that establishing connection to server and then it freezes there completely. He has very good new pc. So now i was downloading team fortress 2. Played it like 30 minutes, but didnt like it. So i go on to counter strike 1.6 and what we have here. Im trying to go to server and it freezes to establishing connection to server! Good that i can close the game. It freezes so completely. So now i uninstalled tf2 and the problem is there still. Im so mad! My counter strike has been working all the time years and now this. Never nothing like this. Never problems.
