It was supposed to be released yesterday, where is it? Why is there no news of it?

You may as well remove Silent Hill Homecoming form the Coming Soon section for AU since we think the game is too violent and that it will turn everyone (especially the children!!) into killers, so we banned the game =/

any idea how soon we can pre-order?

I REALLY want this game but my impatient side is telling me to buy Call of Duty 4.

Thanks for giving some info..,.

How about a little more...like an actual date when it's going to be available? Why this delay happended and we had to wait until after the release day to find out?

I know things happpen...and I don't mind waiting as long as we get some concrete answers, instead of leading us on like this.... that was a terrible thing to do to your customers considering STEAM is the ONLY option we have to get this game.

An actual release date and answers would go a long way to cool down the ANGER of your customers...

From what I've read, the xbox version has some bugs, so hopefully they are fixing them for the PC release.

I've seen this game in GameStop for the X360 for 3 days now, I'm getting tempted... hopefully it'll come out in the next week or so for steam.... I would so much rather play this on my 4870 and 5.1 Surround headphones than a poopy X360 and Stereo speakers... "bleh"

For those of you who haven't heard yet, Silent Hill: Homecoming has gotten its own forum here at Steampowered, over here. It seems like the bulk of new info will be posted there. This is good news - it looks like the team at Valve are sincerely endeavoring to get this game out, despite the delay. The fact that it has moved up a (few) spot(s) on the Coming Soon list is also reassuring.

I'm a big fan of the series - I've been playing since SH1, have the comics and the movie, was even a very active Silent Hill Forums community member for a time - and given the fact that I have no access to a console or TV, a PC release is the only option for me. So, while I'm waiting with bated breath, I'm glad to know that the ball is rolling, and I'm pleased that someone from Valve has taken the time to sift through our rantings and provide us with some info about the release.

So, let's all just play nice and be patient until it comes out, ok? It'll only be more enjoyable after the wait!

Is this game going to be released world wide or they forgot to remove it for those who doesn't live in NA.?

I'm in Venezuela and I see Silent Hill Homecoming in my coming soon tab, I guess this is a world wide release.

In IGN page (http://pc.ign.com/objects/142/14268443.html) the countdown show that this game will be release in 87 days.

Hopefully it'll be released worldwide but I don't believe it'll come to Australia any time soon (our OFLC banned the game not too long ago).
