Error

I was trying to play Peggle Extreme but this error message popped up "BASS_MusicGetOrders function not found in bass.dll"

Try restarting Steam and then Verifying the GCF Cache Files

I restarted steam and then i Verifying the GCF Cache Files and when i tried running it, it still saying the same message.

@Grimm -- did you change your soundcard or audio drivers recently?
Bass.dll is the resource that plays the background music for Peggle.

Did you install or uninstall a non-Steam version of Peggle? That could also lead to problems as it may conflict with the bass.dll file.

I didn't change my soundcard driver and i have never downloaded the non-Steam version of Peggle.

Try deleting Peggle and re-downloading it.

The one that you suggested didn't work and i even contacted PopCap Games and they said contact STEAM support.

If no one is helping me fixing this game, i consider that the people who made the game or the STEAM support are lazy s.

I'm using vista 64 and I had the same error.
I fixed it by setting compatability mode on peggle.exe to Windows XP (service pack 2).
