Log in problems

Hello,
i have just downloaded the game through steam, when ever i try to log in the game just exits (after i enter my ID and pass word i press the log in button and then it exits )

P.S I turned off my firewall and antivirus still exits when i press log in

im having a similar problem, every time i sign in onto the game it starts to load and then it just cuts out, i dont understand why because it worked fine last night.
