Not installed correctly

Ok, when starting it i receive a message about the game not being installed properly.. reinstalled it already.

System:
Win 7 64b
ATI 6850
Ram etc nothing special...

Does anyone know a quick fix for that?

Try running testapp, settings application or BGE.exe from the folder inside steamapps, one of those did it for me though I can't remember which one. If it asks something about your graphics card that is normal, just continue and play.

Both programs give me the same error.

I'm having the same issue.

I just install the game but just get the "Beyond Good & Evil not properly installed. Please install Beyond Good & Evil" pop-up as well.

Ok, tried it again today and it just worked. Not sure what made the difference. It loaded the graphics setup utility and then loaded the game with no issue.
