This doesnt shock me.
From day one the devs didnt listen to the community, they lied about their game & within 2 weeks the majority of players had discovered that this game had no depth.
Why would they spend anymore time on something that probably lost money.

Iam embarrassed I bought this game...

Anyway the devs are probably planning another POS.

You do know most of the issues are connected with Bethesda.
Bethesda did the advertising and over hyped features while the devs (splash damage) couldn't do anything about it.
Splash Damage have a great reputation with listing to communities in their other games, only here Bethesda had full control and restricted them greatly.
DLC had to go throw Bethesda, Updates had to go throw Bethesda and Bethesda pulled down the site.

Make no mistake, Splash Damage is not to blame for BRINK.

SD hasnt done anything right since ET, and that was free.

ETQW blew and died a quick death.

Brink blew even more, and died and even quicker death.

I for one, will never spend another penny on anything associated with SD again. Been burned by them too many times.

NO.

SD said, "the game's ready so we're going to release it early." They didn't bother to properly QA it and the release was FULL of bugs. ET:QW was a nosedive for similar reasons. If SD bothered to do a 1-month pubic beta before release, they could have caught a lot of the gamestopping bugs. But they didn't. Instead, they released it early saying "here ya go!"

I loved ET:QW and BRINK, but I agree. I'm not buying another SD game until they have proved themselves. The apologists need to realize that many of us have been ed over one too many times by SD to continue this . Releasing BRINK early and loaded with game-breaking bugs was beyond the pale.

Likewise, I will not buy another SD game unless it proves itself several months after release.
