Rhythm Zone bugs that I need to figure out how to fix

Alright so if I restart a song, (it started doing this more frequently) it crashes to desktop, it even did that when i restarted a song once because of FPS jumps, i lowered the graphical settings and it's been doin the same thing.

Also Last.fm doesn't even try to identify my songs, it keeps saying it's unable to Identify, even if I choose a mainstream song (it took 3 days to properly get Party Rock Anthem identified right by Last.fm standards

what do I do?
